These Terms govern your use of Smoke (the "Service"), available at smoke.com.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Smoke, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse-engineering, no attempts to disrupt or probe our infrastructure, no uploading of unlawful content, and no use that infringes the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smoke disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
