This policy explains what data Smoke (smoke.com) collects, why, and the controls you have.
1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, profile), authentication metadata (IP, device, login times), and product usage. If you sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple, we receive your basic profile from that provider.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, to authenticate you, to prevent abuse, and to communicate important account notices. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention.

Smoke relies on the following services to operate. Each receives only the data needed for its purpose:

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings, or by contacting privacy@smoke.com. You may lodge a complaint with your local authority.
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
